We now provide remote access support for our customers. Remote Support is a service that allows you to temporarily grant us access and control of a Windows based computer over a network or the Internet to resolve issues remotely. Remote Support allows us to diagnose and often repair problems with a computer without ever personally visiting it.
How it works;
We send you an email with a link that will download an executable script that you must run on your computer to give us access. You can watch your screen as we diagnose the issue and make the repairs or modifications that are needed. When we close the session the script is deleted from your computer.
